These are the Terms and Conditions of NowYouKnowAbout.com. NowYouKnowAbout.com is the online store of NowYouKnowAbout™ Sarl, a Swiss limited company registered in Geneva under the federal number: CH-660-2057007-2
1. Ordering
1.1 Orders received at NowYouKnowAbout.com are subject to the general conditions of sale as governed by Swiss law.
1.2 When an order arrives at NowYouKnowAbout.com, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the buyer’s e-mail address. This confirmation contains all key order information. Any discrepancies should be forwarded to us immediately at clarissa_at_nowyouknowabout_dot_com
2. Delivery
2.1 Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are charged separately.
3. Returns Policy
3.1 At NowYouKnowAbout.com. we hope you will enjoy your DVD. However, if you are not satisfied, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 60 days, and we will issue a 120% refund of your payment as charged by NowYouKnowAbout.com. Any postage costs incurred by the consumer for sending the product to NowYouKnowAbout.com are hopefully covered by this arrangement.
3.2 To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return (if you wish to share this with us we really appreciate that), wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. The address is: NowYouKnowAbout™, c/o 6 Normanhurst Road, London SW2 3TA.
3.3 For your convenience we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note: We will send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your return.
3.4 The 120% money-back guarantee does not apply to distributor or reseller volume purchases. NowYouKnowAbout™ keeps the full right to withdraw from paying a customer in case of doubtful return queries.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment is accepted by Mastercard and Visa, serviced by Saferpay. The certified payment platform, using the Secure Socket Layer protocol, provides a guarantee for easy and secure payment transactions with credit cards and debit cards for the shop operator and the cardholder alike.
5. Privacy, data protection, security
5.1 We take protection of your personal information very seriously. All information transmitted to us during an online order (or via one of our other secure web pages) will be sent using 128-bit high encryption between your browser and our web server. 128-bit encryption is a recognised way of encoding information so that it can be sent safely via the internet.
5.2 Your contact information will not, under any circumstances, be given or sold to any third parties.
