Free UK Shipping: How long will it take for your films to get to my house?
As soon as we receive your order and payment, our UK-based fulfilment house will dispatch the order within 24h on business days. This means that if you live in the UK, it would take max 48h for the DVD to get to your home, excluding the weekends. However, if in the rare occasion it takes an extra day, please excuse us. In case this happens, just let us know so we can improve our service for you.

Can I order a gift from NowYouKnowAbout?
Yes, you can. Just tick the box for a Gift Wrap in our checkout, and we will wrap your films into a bright orange gift wrap. You can give us the shipping address of the person you'd like to ship to, during the checkout as well. This way we will charge you, but ship the gift to the person you have indicated. Prices will of course not be displayed.
Do children see your films as an educational product? Do they actually like them?
Since NowYouKnowAbout released their first DVD - NowYouKnowAbout Arists, thousands of children have seen our films and thoroughly enjoyed them. They don’t regard these films as an educational product their parents want them to see. They enjoy the storyline and the mass of detail enough to watch the films several times over. And they remember everything! This means we’ve heard of seven year-olds digging in the fridge to find Pasteur's name on the milk bottle. And a ten year-old explaining all about how Captain Cook found Australia. Or a six year-old telling us how Newton discovered gravity and that he invented the cat flap.

What is the age range for your films?
Our educational films are actually great for anyone from 5 years old up to 100 years old. We've had people of practically all ages enjoy our films thoroughly. We do make a perfect fit though for key stage 1 and key stage 2, or roughly for the age group of 5 - 12 years old.
Can I play your DVDs anywhere in the world?
Our DVDs have no regional restrictions, so you can play them in any DVD player around the world. Don't worry if you live overseas. Our movies will play perfectly, wherever you are.
Will there be any new films released shortly?
Yes! We are working on a new release for NowYouKnowAbout Composers features 5 of the world's most famous composers. If you wish to help us decide on which composers to choose, please let us know your favourite. Also, if you have any wish for any other 5 famous figures from history, tell us now which new series you'd prefer.
